If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.



If you received a printed manual and there was an error made by our company or damage happened during shipping, we will replace the manual!  


We do offer refunds for returned printed manuals under the following situations:

  1. · You wanted to cancel your order after it was already shipped.
  2. · If you order too many copies of your manual
  3. · Ordered the wrong type of manual (or exchange for correct)
  4. · Ordered the wrong size of manual (or exchange for correct)


These above 4 reasons will give you a refund of the order once it has been received by us, minus the following charges: a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping cost paid by us to ship the order the first time.


Returns require a RMA# (Return Merchandise Number) to be displayed. Contact us to request a RMA# by going to: We will reply with what Address to send it back to and what your RMA# is. Any printed manual shipped back to us without a RMA# on the label will not be received by us.


Any order marked RETURN TO SENDER will not be accepted by our company.


You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.



Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).


You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.




Order Cancellation Policy

User Manual Archive, Inc is dedicated to providing exemplary customer service to all our customers. We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly and accurately process all orders. If you have any questions regarding your purchase, we will do everything we can to address your concerns. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. As most items ship within 1-2 business days from our North Carolina warehouse, it is imperative that you contact us so we may attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.


How do I know if my cancellation request was successfully completed?

 A User Manual Archive Representative will attempt to process your order cancellation request immediately upon receipt. If your request is successfully completed, a confirmation will be provided to you either via email. Please note that if you do not receive a confirmation from a User Manual Archive Representative, we may have already processed and/or shipped your order and are unable to cancel.

How Long Does it take to get a Printed Manual?

We print and ship orders withing 1-2 business days, with the following exceptions: if there was a problem with the shipping address you sent us, order was duplicated and we are waiting confirmation, mechanical error with printing equipment, legal holidays in the US, busy season (typically January) Mondays due to the number of orders from the weekend, and related events beyond our control. 

We are not able to make any guarantee to delivery times as USPS DOES NOT MAKE ANY GUARANTEE on the time it takes to deliver a package. If your order has not been received by a reasonable time we will research your order and if it has been over 20 business days (30 business days outside of the US) since your order was shipped, we will reship your order if the order was lost in the shipping process.

CD-ROM orders are shipped daily via First Class Mail. (5-10 business days domestic)

After we ship your manual, then it takes about this long for USPS to Deliver them.

We will use reasonable efforts to delete the child's information from our databases.
In some cases, we may collect information about you that is not personally identifiable. Examples of this type of information include the type of Internet browser or computer operating system you are using and the domain name of the Web site from which you linked to our site or advertisement.
